  1. Definitions

    2. Website — This website, operated and maintained by Provider
    3. User — The individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website.
    4. Font — Software files containing digital typeface, in type and amount specified on the Sales receipt.
    5. Customer — The individual who has purchased a license to use the Fonts, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is purchasing a license to use the Font.
    6. License — A written document containing terms of the applicable End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governing use of Font offered on this Website.
  2. Provisions

    1. Provider offers this Website, including all information, documents, products, or services available from this Website to the User, conditioned upon User’s acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
    2. Any new features added to the Website shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. User can review the most current version at any time on this page. Provider reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to the Website. User’s continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
    3. In case these Terms and Conditions conflict with the terms of any agreement individually negotiated and agreed between Provider and User, the terms of the latter shall prevail.
    4. This Website is controlled by Provider from its offices in the Slovak Republic. By accessing this Website, the User and Provider agree that all matters relating to their access to, or use of, this Website shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of Provider makes no representation that information, documents, products, or services available on this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

    1. This Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Provider. Provider is not responsible for their content. Provider provides these links for the User as a convenience and the User agrees that their use of any third-party websites is at their own risk.
  6. Cookies Policy

    1. This website uses cookies in order to provide the User with a seamless browsing experience, checkout and payment. Cookies may also be used by third-party tools installed on this Website.
    2. In order to collect anonymised data on User’s behaviour Provider uses Google Analytics, which utilises cookies as well. Provider respects User’s privacy and will never use cookies to identify the User or to save private data. The User can always delete cookies uploaded to their computer or control how their browser uses them. That may, however, prevent the User from using some parts of this website.
  7. Guarantee

    1. The information contained on this Website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Provider and whilst Provider endeavours to keep the information up-to-date and correct, Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Website or the information contained on the Website for any purpose. Any reliance User places on such data is therefore strictly at their own risk.
    2. In no event will Provider be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this Website.
  8. Cancellation and Return Policy

    1. Font may be returned or refunded only if defective and Provider is notified within 7 days of the purchase.
    2. Should the Customer encounter an unexpected problem with the order, Provider should be contacted immediately by e-mail.
  9. Warranty

    1. Font will be repaired or replaced only if defective. To make a warranty claim, the Customer must notify Provider by e-mail within 7 days of the purchase. Warranty shall not be applied to converted, modified or otherwise changed Font.
    2. Warranty does not cover assurance of performance, result or marketability of product using the Font nor applicability of the Font for particular purpose.
    3. Provider is not obliged to compensate for the Font or return the paid amount, if the malfunction was caused by accident, abuse or loss of the Font as a result of theft, natural disaster, or negligence. Provider is in no event liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, criminal or other specific damages.
  10. VAT (Value Added Tax) Policy

    1. Provider does not pay VAT.
    2. VAT is not charged to Customers located in the European Union who are not registered for VAT, customers located outside the European Union, and private individuals.
    3. Customers based in European Union who are registered for VAT need to provide a valid VAT ID during the checkout process, in which case they are charged 0 % VAT and need to declare and pay the associated VAT (the so-called ‘reverse charge’ procedure) in their country.
  11. Payment method

    1. Provider accepts all payment types (bank transfer payments, credit/debit card) via payment service provider Stripe. The Customer may be requested to accept Stripe’s policies before proceeding with their payment. Provider does not accept cheques.
  12. Shopping

    1. Select Font and proceed to check out.
    2. Fill in your purchase and invoice details and finalise the order. You have to agree to the terms of License to proceed.
    3. Once you have paid for your order, you will be redirected to a page where you can download your Font.
    4. If you have paid by bank transfer, the Fonts will be e-mailed to you after the payment is confirmed. In case of problems with downloading, uncompressing of the files, or other technical problems, please contact Provider immediately.
  13. Privacy Policy

    1. Provider processes the Customer’s or the User’s personal data to the extent, in the manner and for the purposes which comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement repealing Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation) and Law no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws.
    2. Provider does not store any financial or credit card information on its servers.
    3. Customers’s contact and order information is stored for the sole purpose of managing their account and purchases. Provider does not not sell or make otherwise available the information about its customers to third parties.
    4. The Customer’s or User’s name and e-mail address may be used to send recurring newsletters only with the express consent. For this purpose, Provider uses MailChimp service.
